CONFERENCE FEES AND PAYMENT

Participation fee:

Basic fee (if paid on or before 10^th April 2009): 100 EUR (= 2700 Kč).

Reduced fee for students and graduants (if paid on or before 10th April 2009) : 60 EUR (=1620 Kč).

Increased fee (if paid after 10th April 2009, deadline 30th April 2009) : 150 EUR (= 4050 Kč).
Increased fee for students and graduants (if paid after 10th April 2009, deadline 30th April 2009) : 100 EUR (= 2700 Kč).

The fee includes welcome party (22^nd June, evening), social dinner (24^th June), attendance at the Conference, guided walk (23^rd June), scientific excursion (25^th June), book of abstracts, CD with full texts, refreshments and lunches (23-25^th June), dinners (23-24^th June).

Not included item may be paid cash, directly in the registration desk:

Optional cultural-historical excursion to Prague on the 26^th June - 60 EUR (incl. guide, transport and lunch).

Payment

Participation fee is payable only by the bank transfer in advance until the deadline 30^th April 2009. All bank charges must be paid by the participant (consigner). Payment in the Czech currency is enabled in the fixed rate (see above).

Cancellation conditions

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing, by registered letter (see the contacts - Jana Uhlirova) or fax (00420 541126279) to the conference organizer.

Registration fees to be refunded as follows:

on or before the 30^th April 2009 → 50% refund,
after the 30^th April 2009 → no refund.
